SHIPPING

We ship to the following countries: Belgium (€4.95), The Netherlands (€4.95), Germany (€8.00), Luxembourg (€8.00), France (€11.00), Spain (€19.95) & Portugal (€19.95). We provide a free shipping service in Belgium and The Netherlands for orders over €50. In Luxembourg and Germany free shipping is possible for orders over €75, in France free shipping is possible for orders over €100. In Spain shipping is free for orders over €150.  After receiving the order, it will be shipped within 1-3 working days.

Shipping is handled by Bpost in Belgium and by DPD in The Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg and France. When the order is shipped you’ll receive a shipping confirmation. Always check your spam because it might have ended up there.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED? 

In most cases the order is delivered the next working day after shipping in Belgium. For other countries it can take up to 4 working days. Sometimes an order can be delayed at Bpost or DPD. PowPow Belgium isn’t responsible for any delays caused by the delivery service. We don’t have any control over this but we’ll of course always try to help you when an order gets lost.

When we ship a package you’ll receive an e-mail with a track&trace number so you can follow your order.

You aren’t at home when the package is delivered? The mailman will leave a message in your mailbox with the mention of your pick-up location.

RETURNS

We provide free returns for orders over €50. Orders under €50 have to pay the return fee (€5.95 - Belgium, €8.00 - The Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, €11.00 - France, €19.95 - Spain, Portugal)

Not loving your order? Send us a message within 10 days after receiving your order at laure@powpowbelgium.com with your name and order number. We’ll send you the return label that you can print and put on your package.

Products can be returned up to 14 days after receipt.

Conditions returns

• Items need to be returned 14 days after receipt.

• When returning SALE items or items that were bought with a discount, the customer has to pay the return fee (€5.95 - Belgium, €8.00 - The Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, €11.00 - France, €19.95 - Spain, Portugal) .

• If we don’t receive the goods within the 14 day return period, we can’t reimburse the goods. We can send them back to you when a new shipping label is purchased.

• Items need to be returned in the original state.

• Items with make-up stains or perfume smell can’t be returned.

• Items need to be returned unworn/unused.

• Giftcards can never be returned.
